Tadora tablet is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor and contains a main ingredient Tadalafil. The inhibition of PDE5 enzyme increases the amount of cGMP (cyclic Guanosine Monophosphate) inside the penis. Cyclic GMP interacts with muscular proteins causing dilation of soft muscles and blood vessels. This process releases acetycholone and nitrogen oxide (NO) and increases the blood flow inside the penis. Thus, ultimately leading to a penile erection that lasts much longer.
