Tadarise is used to treat erectile dysfunction or impotence in men. It is a sexual disorder where men are not able to get and maintain an erection firm enough for sexual activity. This is caused when there is insufficient blood flow into the penis.
How does Tadarise work?
Tadarise tablets contain the active ingredient tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor(PDE5). This active ingredient relaxes the smooth muscles, thereby increasing the blood flow to the penile region. When you are sexually aroused nitric oxide is released in the erectile tissue of the penis which produces the enzyme guanylate cyclase. This enzyme increases levels of a neurochemical called cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), which relaxes the blood vessels in the male reproductive organ and allows blood to fill the erectile tissues to cause an erection. In men with erectile dysfunction, the enzyme called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) breaks down cGMP preventing blood flow into the penis, which causes loss of an erection. Tadalafil in Tadarise inhibits the action of PDE5 and increases blood flow to the penis, which causes an erection. Tadalafil helps a man have and keep the erection for better and longer sexual performance by activating the cGMP mechanism. However, Tadarise tablets do not stimulate your sexual urges, it will only work if you are sexually aroused.

Tadarise tablets should be taken 1 hour before the planned sex. In most cases, the tablets start to show its effects in about 30 minutes and will last for around 4 hours, provided you are sexually aroused.
